License Agreement
MYCOSTUDIO LICENSE AGREEMENT
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
READ THIS BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT
The files contained in this digital product are licensed, not sold to you by MycoStudio. Ownership remains with MycoStudio and its creators.
- GRANT OF LICENSE
MycoStudio grants the original purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the preset sounds contained in this product.
2. PERMITTED USES
You may use the preset sounds in your original music compositions for: streaming and digital releases, label releases, TV and radio programs or commercials, movie soundtracks and videos, computer and video games, live performances, YouTube and social media content, podcasts, and any other musical composition or performance.
3. PROHIBITED USES
You may NOT: copy, duplicate, lend, re-sell, trade, rent, or share this product; use any preset sounds in isolation for commercial sample packs, preset packs, MIDI packs, or sound libraries; upload files to torrent sites or file-sharing platforms; claim authorship of the preset files themselves; share your download link or files with anyone.
4. OWNERSHIP
All intellectual property rights in the preset files remain with MycoStudio. This license grants usage rights only — not ownership of the underlying sound design.
5. ROYALTY-FREE
All permitted uses are royalty-free. No additional fees or credit are required when using presets in your productions.
6. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the preset files.
7. DISCLAIMER
Presets are provided "as is." MycoStudio is not liable for any damages arising from the use of these products.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
