Refund Policy
MYCOSTUDIO REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All MycoStudio products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds.
EXCEPTIONS
We will consider refunds in the following cases:
- Corrupted or defective files that cannot be resolved with a replacement download
- - Duplicate purchases (accidentally purchased the same product twice)
- - Product not as described (significant discrepancy between product listing and actual content)
- - Unauthorized purchase on your account
REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR:
- Change of mind after purchase
- - Failure to check system requirements (Serum 2 is required)
- - Subjective dissatisfaction with sound quality or style
- - Inability to use presets due to user error
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email support@mycosounds.com within 14 days of purchase with:
- Your order number
- - The reason for your refund request
- - Any relevant screenshots or details
We will respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Note: Upon refund, your license to use the preset files is revoked and you must delete all copies.
