Welcome to MycoStudio (mycosounds.com). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  2. By using this website or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

MycoStudio sells digital audio products (Serum 2 presets) delivered electronically. All products are digital downloads — no physical goods are shipped.

 

3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments (Stripe). By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

 

4. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Products are delivered instantly via download link after successful payment. Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

 

5. LICENSE

All products are subject to the MycoStudio License Agreement. Products are licensed, not sold. See our License Agreement page for full terms.

 

6. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once files have been downloaded. See our Refund Policy page for exceptions and details.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, text, and audio — is the property of MycoStudio and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

 

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to: use our products in violation of the License Agreement; attempt to reverse-engineer our products; engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks; share download links or files with unauthorized parties.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MycoStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

 

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.
